AHCIP's medical personnel posted in Africa will establish clinics and outreach programs to combat the spread of HIV/AIDS in key areas. Our initial efforts have been dedicated to establishing programs in Western and Southern Africa. AHCIP volunteers currently working in these areas include:
- In Nigeria — Anthony Amadi-Emina, MD, Medical Director; and Collins Opara, Field Coordinator for West Africa
- In Sierra Leone — Professor Ayodele Bash Taqi
- In Namibia — Dumebi Adigwe, MD, Medical Director and Field Coordinator for Southern Africa
