Endermologie is a process that supposedly encourages destruction of fat and aids in cellulite removal. In this method the technician makes use of an apparatus to induce mild pressure and suction in the skin. This treatment goes on for 40-50 minutes and is performed once or twice a week till the time a notable improvement can be seen which takes around twenty sessions. It is followed by monthly treatment in order to sustain the effect.
Endermologie is not very expensive. It is a painless procedure and does not require any recovery time. Apart from improved cellulite, one can note an enhancement in the shape of the body and the skin texture.
However, the effectiveness of the procedure relies on various aspects and cannot be assured. One such aspect is the skill of the technician who carries out the treatment and another would be the amount of pressure and suction which, if insufficient, can result in zero improvement.
